Minerva has continued to work through the crisis supporting essential hearing services. Our team is working hard to maintain supply, however, operating at reduced staff levels in line with current demand. Our 3D department can fulfill orders for impressions that have been previously scanned and stored on our system.
We are also producing orders from any impressions received.
Our dedicated team is helping in any way that they can to ensure that requests are responded to, no matter how challenging, including the manufacture of new ear moulds from old. We know how important the hearing health of patients is and are committed to providing a solution wherever possible.
To maintain service levels, fast track, and priority service cannot be guaranteed which is in part due to delays in the postal system. We are of course striving to keep any delays to a minimum.
We’ve taken precautionary measures to safeguard our Minerva Team. We are all safe and well. The Health of our team is a priority to us and we will, therefore, continue to follow updated government guidance.
