Minerva specialise in the professional removal of ear wax blockages.

Using safe and effective methods of wax removal by micro-suction or irrigation carried out by trained professionals.  Our technicians are trained to British Society of Audiology Standards and are fully insured.

The procedure commonly takes a few minutes for each ear.  We will carry out a consultation prior to the procedure to help choose the most effective advice and wax removal solution.

Local & Professional

Carried out at our convenient ear wax clinic in our Cardiff office. There will be a consultation and an inspection of your ear canals (otoscopy) before and after the procedure to ensure your safety and effective removal. If the problem isn’t a wax blocked ear, then referral advice may be given at the consultation rate.

Safety is paramount and the procedure should always be comfortable and pain free. Our technicians are qualified and experienced ear care professionals who are trained to the standards set out by the registering body.  We have also worked closely with insurance providers to make sure our practitioners and their patients are fully covered.
